Healthy S'mores
Ingredients
CRUSTÂ
1 ¾ C Almond FlourÂ
¼ C Coconut OilÂ
¼ C HoneyÂ
1 tsp VanillaÂ
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of SaltÂ
LAYERSÂ
1 C Dark Chocolate Chip (Hu Dark No Sugar Added Chips)
1 C Mini Marshmallows (Dandies)
1 C Honey Cinnamon Crackers-GF (Simple Mills)
Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Mix together crust ingredients.
Step 3: Press into an 8 X 8 parchment lined pan or a loaf pan for a thicker crust.Â
Step 4:Â Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 5: Set aside and let it cool.Â
Step 6: Layer chocolate chips, graham crackers, and marshmallows.
Step 7: Bake for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
Step 8: Set aside and let it cool. Refrigerate.
Step 9: Enjoy!
