Healthy S'mores

Ingredients

CRUST 

1 ¾ C Almond Flour 

¼ C Coconut Oil 

¼ C Honey 

1 tsp Vanilla 

1 tsp Cinnamon

Pinch of Salt 


LAYERS 

1 C Dark Chocolate Chip (Hu Dark No Sugar Added Chips)

1 C Mini Marshmallows (Dandies)

1 C Honey Cinnamon Crackers-GF (Simple Mills)


Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees.


Step 2: Mix together crust ingredients.


Step 3: Press into an 8 X 8 parchment lined pan or a loaf pan for a thicker crust. 


Step 4:  Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.


Step 5: Set aside and let it cool. 


Step 6: Layer chocolate chips, graham crackers, and marshmallows.


Step 7: Bake for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are golden.


Step 8: Set aside and let it cool. Refrigerate.


Step 9: Enjoy!


Store 

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days or up to 3 months in the freezer.
