Dark Chocolate Almond Bark
Ingredients
1 C Raw Almonds
1½ tsp. Coconut Oil
1 C Dark Chocolate (Hu Gems Dark, Hu Simple Dark, Thrive Organic Dark)
1 tsp. Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 350
Step1 Roast Almonds and Set Aside
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for approximately 8 minutes until golden and roasted. Feel free to buy roasted nuts and skip this step.
Step 2 Melt together in microwave or use a double boiler and melt on the cooktop
Coconut Oil
Chocolate
Step 3 Add to roasted almonds to melted chocolate
Step 4 Pour mixture into baking sheet lined with parchment
Step 5 Sprinkle with sea salt
Step 6 Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Step 7 Break apart by hand. The pieces will be rough and vary in shape.
